BROOMHILL TRIALS

Broomhill, Man.—In the All-Age, Phillips Time Line, pointer male owned by Rick Stallings of Montgomery, Ala., and handled by Colvin Davis, was first. Phillips White Twist, pointer male owned by N. G. Houston of Nashville, Ga., and handled by Robin Gates, was second. Third was Phantom’s Last Dime, pointer male owned by Larry Lee, Larry Carter and R. O. Berryhill of Lakeland, Ga., and handled by Robin Gates. There were 21 entries.



In the Broomhill Derby, the winner was Shadow’s Back Talk, pointer male owned by N. G. Houston and handled by Gates, who also handled the second place winner Chinquapin Speck, pointer male owned by E. L. “Ted” Baker of Branford, Fla. High Test Apollo, owned by Roger Acuff of Lebanon, Tenn., placed third for handler Colvin Davis.
